Not just MoTD but almost every other televised sporting event has to have a pundit of two analysing that particular sport.

Can we just have the sport, the commentator, and nobody else giving their "expert" opinion, please?

A bloke with a microphone came up to me in the street and asked me about Braverman immigrant policy, my reply was exactly that uttered by Gary Lineker, I then walked away eating my bag of Walkers crisps (cheese and onion).

It was my just opinion, but because I'm not famous nobody took any notice, and there was no media meltdown.

Richard Sharp’s position is untenable. Frankly it has been for weeks.

This lack of consistency isn’t a good look for the beeb.

Sharp must go and Gary must be reinstated. Don’t pander to newspapers that no one reads anymore.
