#a11y folks...what's the consensus on describing yourself (physically) when recording a video?

Things like, "I am a white woman in my late 60s with waist-long light brown hair. I wear reading glasses with multi-color frames."

Do "inclusive descriptions" help in videos? I can see a need for them when meeting in-person but I'm not sure about videos (that will be watched by thousands of people at some point).
