1 Kg Green Tomatoes
1 Kg Red Onions
150g Raisins
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp salt
500g Brown sugar
1 Litre Malt Vinegar
Chop tomatoes, onions & raisins, crush garlic. Place all ingredients into a pan & bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered, stir regularly. It’s ready when thick & brown.
