Can someone direct me to texts reconciling #openaccess #copyleft and all that kind of stance with #indegineous #culturalrights ? Like it seems that putting Indigenous knowledge in the #publicdomain is as plundering as, for example, enforcing intellectual property on what used to be traditional medicine - in the sense that the tradition bearers are robbed of their control over it
