Lots of good things for the Aussies in this win in the 3rd test. They looked like a strong side. Lyon is a rock. The pitch was insane and there was such an intensity to each ball, so some great batting from those who could concentrate. It was absolutely mesmerising.

The DRS got used well and turning up with three spinners, including a left hander was the right move. Did we finally figure out how to play in India? There's still that very worrying collapse on day 2. I'm not sure I've ever seen so many LBW in a series.

I'm sure India will be thinking a bit on this too. That was a demon pitch to bat on. Were they also a bit more complacent after retaining the trophy (series might still be a draw though!).

This is really such a great series. So glad to see these teams play regularly now in this format. I need to get my act together and get over to India in 4-5 years the next time this is on.
