I started posting #LandWalk episodes to Webtoons four months ago and have gotten 263 total views.
I started posting individual pages to Comic Fury 25 days ago (shout out to the #MastoArt community for the recommendation) and am averaging ~152 viewers per day.
It's not a perfect comparison, and different comics may have different experiences, but for #indiecomics creators looking for a platform I'd def recommend checking out Comic Fury!

It's got such a wonderful flow, gradually revealing a spectacular world and developing some bang-up characters along the way.
It's really a hit for me on every front - the art *chef's kiss* the writing 🤩, the world, character, and plot development 💯 🔥.

My favorite type of #CharacterDesign is one that fits its role, but also has at least some iconic facet. In #comics, the two most obvious routes are probably behavior and appearance. I do think, tho, that context also plays a critical role.
E.g. if you've designed a grave, brooding world, a stoic paladin figure might fall into the background more than they would in a whimsical wonderland.

I use GIMP for all my drawings for no deeper reason than it was the first thing I tried (and is free). I'm certainly not unhappy with it, but I'll be interested to hear what other people look for in a software.
