Attack Breakdown 21: Helicopter Slash.

Not sure yet how "heavy" or "special" attacks should work. Should they consume a resource like AP? Should they need to be charged up for max potency? Or both?

I have thought about them needing to be charged (or they are way weaker) and then you can spend some amount of AP to "store" the charge. Run around with a fully charged one that you can unleash at any moment.
