Yes, it is that arch in that National Park. Hiked up there at 3:00am one fall morning in 2020. There was ~20 people there when I arrived. I left before dawn because there was ~100 people there. While hiking down I was almost elbow-to-elbow with people hiking up. As dawn broke, I saw the parking lot was full & there were cars parked halfway out the trail head access road toward the main highway. #IndustrialTourism
