@IoanSaid @CardiffCivicSoc I recommended to two organisations - pre #Covid - that they change to remote working but using shared workspace like #indycube. Both declined.

My insight wasn't based on disease but on a number of issues raised by #cwmpas in this article.

Frankly it's bonkers to restrict your talent pool to those who can physically get to a single location. It's also crazy to require commuting when other co working options are available and in many cases preferable 🤔
