For the cult of death the #GOP has turned into since the defeat of the #formerguy in the Presidential elections, legitimate means of political #discourse are crowbars, flagpoles, pepper spray.
If a #democracy is dominated by two big players as in the #UnitedStates and one of these two antagonists leaves the common ground and starts undermining democracy, there is serious trouble ahead.

#January6th is still a day of #infamy, a day when a mob attacked the #legislative, an attempted #coup.

If #GOP members in #Congress refuse to set up a bipartisan committee to investigate the attack on the #legislative on January 6th without investigations into #BLM protests, these representatives
- actively engage in a crass kind of #whataboutism
- completely ignore that an attack on the legislative as a branch of government cannot be compared to protests in random cities.
The #GOP is in full denial mode regarding this act of #insurrection and #infamy.

If that Washington "consensus" you are fantasizing about means NOT violently attacking the legislative in order to bully elected officials and to cancel the result of an election that has NOT been proven to have been rigged in any significant way (apart from the GOP's constant and blatant attempts at #votersuppression, that is): I'd happily defend that consensus against losers and fascist low-lives, thank you.
