Not a lot more to say about her, but it was interesting the paint up a different aesthetic from the usual 40k or Airfix kit.

Every newly painted army is an opportunity to focus on new and exciting things. For my Nomads, one of those focuses is settling for a good table ready mini rather than spending hours hyperfixating on mistakes. There’s still a gun, basing and eyes to do but I’m willing to call most of the model done.

Also god damn, even if I hate dealing with pewter vs plastic, CB makes some real nice, detailed minis.

Played my first game of Infinity N4 tonight. While I feel like the game is well designed and knows what it’s about, I’m not sure it’s the game for me.

That said, my opponent was fantastic and friendly as always. (One of our lgs regulars) I’ll likely keep going to at least try and help him establish and build a scene, but I’m not 100% sure how long I’ll be sticking with it otherwise.

I love when the varnish is fully cured and I can see all the work I've put into a miniature. I often forget to go back and take these pictures but I found a new spot where the light is bright and even, so I hope to take more.

Finished William Wallace except for the basing. Just threw some Golden fine sand texture medium on the base to be painted brown and some flock and laser plants to finish.

This was the last miniature in the Beyond Operation Crimson Stone box. Zonds are next.
