Yeah that's right. I think it's just historical dogma of naming cells as being immune cells. Unless there is explicit epigenetic silencing, most cells have ability to initiate some (coordinated) inflammatory response, probably with evolutionary benefit as part of a danger response. #immunology #singlecell #injury #infllammation
