I generally don't discuss my weight, like as a rule, but as a disabled person I find it hard to exercise enough especially since having #COVID twice, #flu #influenzaA and multiple injuries, so have put on quite a bit in the last 2 years.
I'm now getting to the stage where if I see a new doctor they're dismissing my issues due to my weight and ignoring the fact my weight is BECAUSE of my issues. So now I'm under pressure to try to lose weight so I feel safe within medical settings. #disability

Not a bad flu since getting flu shots for last 20 years. This week I have what feels like a bad head cold, but lungs clear I am eating fine, no nausea, no digestive problems. Tested negative for covid but positive for Influenza A. I am just taking ibuprofen and caffeinated coffee. Feels like a cold, not flu. The benefit of my flu shot in Sept.
