Together with my dear colleague Lisa Berthelot, from the WHO Regional Office for Europe, and invaluable support from Lejla Beglerovic, from the WHO Country Office in Bosnia Herzegovina,delivered a two-day capacity-building workshop in Banja Luka between 24 and 25 April, helping 15 senior local public health officials, RCCE and #communication experts develop their skills by applying the 10-step approach for creating state-of-the-art RCCE plans and providing insights into the challenges of an #emergency #response.
