Mushrooms teach us how to care for each other, how to see life as a perpetual cycle of interdependence, a fragile balance between give and take where not one species dominates but all rely on each other. And they help us reconnect with and accept an often denied and feared aspect of the wheel of life, that of death and decay."

Is the end result of our system that has always been designed to give advantages to the wealthy and powerful. It's always been this way, because that's our Constitution. The "Founding Fathers" weren't geniuses, they were scoundrels.

The real nuts and bolts of fascism is destroying experts, institutions, and systems of accountability.

#masculinism (racism / sexism / homophobia / transphobia) is the pretext. But the core goal is decimating legal, institutional, fact-based checks and balances, i.e. truth.

The snarking gender-critical Fauci tweet from #elonmusk is super dangerous because it combined both vectors of fascism into a single, vile package.

This can only escalate from here.
