I'm finding this incredibly emotional. I'm in awe of the two autistic people in this programme and what they're doing to explain their worlds.

#InsideOurAusticMinds has only just started on BBC2 and it's already an incredibly touching and informative programme.
As someone who's new to an autism identification (it's not a diagnosis), ASD1, I'm still using that information to understand myself more.
My autism is on a completely different level to that of the programme's participants but I can see echoes of their experience in my own and it's already helping me to understands.
