@anniegreens Yes, the most irritating part of having disabilities is society’s ableism, and abled’s “advice”. We get constant advice for our child about her seizures, and pity, and #inspirationporn stories about folx who miraculously started walking. A big Fuck that BS for sure. We can honor and love our disabled bodies and selves as whole as they are. Sadly, I was that asshole before I had my own disabilities who always had some shitty ableist advice cure, so embarrassing now.
