Yesterday I plaid around with my #reclaimedBlue #Polaroid frames and seem to have discovered a way to scan them with more resolution and fewer artifacts.
The trick is to remove the clear plastic protecting the emulsion and scan it on a flatbed.

Three more interesting #Polaroid #EmulsionLift results. All three lifted super-cleanly and easily which was pleasing. The first two I’ve set fairly traditionally on watercolour paper, as for the third, well, I saw the film carton in the wastebasket and thought, why not?

I've updated my Polaroid film characteristic curves document to include info on Polaroid SX-70 B&W *and* Polaroid 600 Reclaimed Blue films.
Both film show about 4 stops of dynamic range at most, the B&W version appears to have a tiny bit more info in the shadows.
