I simply cannot understand how it can possibly take a MONTH for PayPal to pass my donation to the charity. Even in 1823, that timeframe to move funds from one account to another would be difficult to justify!

Just one of the many benefits of is instant settlement. When times are challenging, cash flow is critical. Not just for small charities.
