Learning about Critical Race Theory helped me articulate some internal dialog about things I had thought of and wandered about over the years. Learning about and getting an understanding of institutionalized racism even on the most basic/surface level brought this stuff in to focus. One might even say you helped the scales fall from my eyes. #CRT #institutionalizedracism
