@hlseward Yes, similar. We're training staff in #instructionalcoaching. Colleagues are choosing a specific aspect of Rosenshine's Principals of Instruction (simplified into picking 1 of 4 areas) to develop for the rest of the year, and then in groups focusing on that one area. The #coaching sessions follow a carefully designed 2 hour structure that allow staff to reflect on their current thinking, discuss the evidence based research, and then commit to a direction of travel.
