That feeling, I think, where you spend three days drawing a #circuit #diagram to see if it helps identify a fault and maybe it does (we’ll see) but you still regret the incomprehensible mess.

Maybe I could reinstate with them again? Bass player in my band has a policy with Music Pro.
Clarion, back in the day, was a pain cause I had to get everything appraised in value. Music Pro seems not to require this?

* Connect a #Midi keyboard and use it as an electrioc piano;
* Do *simple* sequencing and playback - not a full #DAW but just let me record a piano sequence; then add another voice, or let me play live over that sequence.
* As a bonus, possibly let me record a live track, but that's not really needed.
Basically a tool to help me better learn #MusicTheory and practice a live #instrument .

I found this on Craigslist for cheap and in my neighborhood so I figured, “What the hell. Let’s buy a bass!”
It’s fun so far. It needs to be restrung and the internals checked out. The switch between the pickups appears to be shot but that’s an easy fix.
It was fun learning some funky basslines.

But I noticed alot of #music creation #tutorials focus on plugins and introducing randomization in automation. Especially electronic music. From a pianist/musician point of view thats a lot of work to go out your way to not play the instrument. Yeah it has its place and advantages.. But there needs to be a "learn to play an #instrument" video. And I hope there is. Ok. Rant over. :)

Ebony and Ivory - Rusted and Busted Piano fine art photo.
While exploring a forest road in the Croatan National Forest I came upon an old piano that someone had dumped.. I was saddened at the sight. Angered that someone littered the woodland. Hurt to think this old instrument would never make music again.

Fühlte mich wie MacGyver.
Falls ich einen Stromschlag dann bekomme, wenn es nicht funktioniert weiß ich dann auch das meine Löt Skills doch eher bescheiden sind...
