@n6cta Yes, Astron has model numbers that imply a capacity that is only true for "intermittent communications service", IOW, not continuous. I learned this with an RS-20 & a radio with a 20-A max draw. 🙂 That model will do 16 A continuous & if you like RTTY as I do ... it's not a good combo!

Been 3 days now, of #intermittent #fasting ....am sure havnt dropped any weight but feel less bloated etc....way forward...

Day 4 of my #intermittent #fasting. Started my first fast on Monday evening. It is getting a little easier now, but the first three days were hard. Especially in the morning, waking up at 5:30h and then having to wait hours before having breakfast.

I start fasting at 18h until 8h the next morning. So that means 14 hours of not eating, which for me is a healthy start. I use to snack every evening, so that part I really like, that I just stopped eating after 18h. We will see how it continues.

Current blood glucose level into my 42th hr fast. First time I’ve felt hunger pangs since I started my 3-day fast yesterday.
