Re the #DRS hijack the media are clearly focusing not on the assault on devolution but 100% on the inconvenience caused to "business" by the scheme. No wonder the Tories are running riot with blanket pro-intervention air cover on TV and radio.

It's not that long ago that companies such as Coca-Cola Europe were urging the Scottish Government to implement the scheme ASAP.

The process of undermining Holyrood has been a constant with the Tories. They opposed its very inception, most of their MSPs are obstructionist numpties and Brexit has given them carte blanche to go for it. Just look at the situation with what would have been EU funding allocated by the Scottish Government or the pork barrel #InternalMarketPowerGrab based on the so-called "UK internal market".
