Happy international drag day!

Kennedy Allen (b. 1870) - (aka. The Baroness of Ystrad Rhondda) performed in drag in Wales in the 1890s. He was born in Sheffield and later learned Welsh. LGBTQHanesCymru have an article about an interview of his from 1895- I highly recommend reading!
