My nervous system is still reeling after teaching last weekend's men's retreat, hosting the "Feminine Vulnerability" co-ed conversation mid-week, and looking after my two-year-old granddaughter all day Friday (talk about holding space for féminine energies...)
To recuperate and recharge I walk in the forest. This is one of my favourite places to sit, to meditate, to let the rain soak me and the ravens talk to me.
