If you're thinking of getting [new] services from #TMobile make sure you get the pricing in writing.

I called their 800 number twice and was promised one price for home internet service. Looked at the bill which was a higher price.

Called 800 number again, told that the higher price is THE price and that no other discounts are available.

Disappointed at the Bait & Switch coming from T-Mobile. Now reconsidering switching to other service providers.

@Pommster we pay about $80 a month for gigabit service, although we average about 700 to 900 Mb.
