#introduction I am interested in #anaerobic #microbial #eukaryotes, which mainly means #intestinal #parasites due to funding reasons. Particularly, I am interested in mitochondrial #biochemical adaptations to anoxia and related to this, origin and #evolution of #mitochondria/eukaryotes. Due to the #gut work, I got involved with #bacterial #microbiomes too. #Dutch by birth but worked for over 20 years in the #UK and moved in 2019 to #Norway.
