@corstian If the congruence becomes greater, it has a positive effect on IB. But, there seems to be a too-much-of-a-good-thing effect. I need to research that more, and it also looks that my findings are not significant.

A significant and interesting finding of my research (thesis) has to do with persons in an environment of low psychological safety.

If they perceive higher levels of autonomy than they desire, they will show lower levels of intrapreneurship.

This raises interesting questions. Does the low desire of autonomy result due to low psychological safety, or is desire simply low?
