I suppose I've been around here long enough without an #introuction, so here goes. The first computer I ever programmed for (and crashed) was a Convex C240 while spending weekday afternoons as a child mostly unsupervised in the cs department at a public university. I know enough #fortran to be dangerous, enough #python to survive, but make a living designing physical stuff with a degree in mechanical engineering.
