I’ve got two weeks to go in my 12-week gradual return to work plan (I was off on disability leave for over two years due to severe Crohn’s disease). And I’m thrilled at how well it’s going. There were countless times when I was off that I thought I’d never be able to work again. I’m savouring this feeling and hope it lasts a while.
