I believe people can often be categorized into two types. The #liars and the #dupes. The liars lead the #movement, and the dupes #follow.
Another categorization of #OrganizationalStructure is the #MacLeodHierarchy, with #sociopaths at the top, using everyone below. Those who are #clueless but #useful are promoted to #MiddleManagement, while others are left at the bottom.
