I have a PhD in #IOPsych, which means I study people at work. I try to use that study help work be better for people..
I have a few jobs.
I work for a consulting firm running #EmployeeSurveys and other #EmployeeListening on behalf of other companies, am an Adjunct #Professor, and I also provide #WorkCoach services.
Based in #QueensNY, I bake bread for stress relief, and enjoy building lego and robots with my son.

I believe people can often be categorized into two types. The #liars and the #dupes. The liars lead the #movement, and the dupes #follow.
Another categorization of #OrganizationalStructure is the #MacLeodHierarchy, with #sociopaths at the top, using everyone below. Those who are #clueless but #useful are promoted to #MiddleManagement, while others are left at the bottom.
