For those that have been running iOS17 betas , how does the smart rotate feature work when using Standby Mode. I have 4 widgets selected on right side of screen & smart rotate switched on. Regardless , the widgets have never moved to the next. Am I missing something here ?

Sadly I just set my Carrot weather app subscription to not renew. The default #ios17 #ios17beta weather app has improved so much.

I don’t need to pay for snark. I can get that from my family for free.

I have used feedback for serious bugs, but in this case I (thankfully) haven’t experienced anything egregious in #ios17

@miekesiemons Yes! It was. But I don't know what to attribute to @mammoth and what is the fault of the #iOS17beta that I am running.

Can't say I've noticed it so much after running the #TestFlight version of #MammothApp.

The new Standby feature coming to iOS17 really is a great addition. I have it set to different faces depending on which room/magsafe charger it’s on. This is my living room & only want to see the time.

If you're in the UK and running #iOS17Beta are you using the new Siri British voices (3 or 4)?
I can't quite place voice 3 but it's certainly not a London accent and I would've expected a London accent for a "British" voice.

Some outside of the UK may prefer the British voices and also be using these. I've been using the American voice 3 since it first appeared as it was more natural and less robotic.

I’m liking Airplay in iOS 17, had no reliability issues and the new auto selecting of the right Airplay target based on proximity is handy. So far has worked perfectly.

Looks like iOS 17 Live Voicemail isn’t coming to NZ. Not in the public beta and isn’t listed on the localised preview page on Apple’s website. Sigh.
We never got visual voicemail back in the day either, kind of thought this would be different since it’s meant to be processed on device, rather than requiring the carrier to opt in.

Ah, I see that Public Beta 2 should be out later this week. Good. Because this here Public Beta 1 definitely has a few bugs. Only annoyances, thankfully. Nothing show stopping.

Such a beautiful animation when the icons appear when you press the + Button in iMessage. So much thought gone into this & very Apple like.

I know it’s soon , however iOS 17 beta 4 is feeling very nice for me so far. Liking the icon changes in iMessage options , far more Apple like. Nice touch in standby mode too where now have a toggle to tap notifications when they appear to read the notification.
