It's a cover-up and poorly staged: it's the judiciary saying that that militia that has no authority over the judiciary (true) while suggesting it might be abandoned though the judiciary has no authority to dissolve anything.

Arrests, torture and executions continue.
For 5th, 6th and 7th the protesters called for a general strike.
