I mean $74M does barely pay 2,5 Proton rockets, so it's not as if that's much considering one is needed alone for that thing and scientific missions never get the scalability bonuses of commercial aerospace like most satellite providers.

@manawyrm @q OFC like modern day #Iridium they won't allow people to #Roam on the network and basically only accept cards with the same MCC/MNC configuration...

So I guess one needs to get the CCID added to the HLR and at the very least require the programmed CCID to match ome in the database.
