@dikkii I had low iron in my last pregnancy and was told by GP and midwife to take molasses. It's natural with zero side effects and works.
Molasses is a thick syrup like treacle and tastes like licorice. Take a teaspoon a day either on bread and butter OR in a v small glass of tepid water and glug it down (like a shot).
Drink fresh orange straight after bc that week help your body absorb the iron.
