Proposal for #Lesotho to initiate territorial dispute over large parts of #SouthAfrica says it relies on a 1962 UN resolution. That resolution advocates Lesotho's independence, but doesn't seem to imply it should have any more territory than it does today. https://digitallibrary.un.org/record/204509?ln=en
