complain that listing every fee is too hard, urge to scrap new rule
The requirement that list all their monthly fees "would add unnecessary complexity and burdens to the label for and providers and could result in some providers having to create many labels for any given plan," the industry groups said in the filing on Friday.

ummm, what now? You can charge for them but you can't list them on the tin?

@quad @wolf480pl Yeah, @BNetzA banned that shit and @verbraucherzentrale actively |s trying to dark-pattern customers into such bundles.

In fact it's illegal to force customers into such deals and ISPs have to provide customers with all the details.so they can self-setup ahead in time for activation.

And I think that's how ut should be.

Needless to say my ISP refuses to offer any modem that would allow me to even setup the /29 subnet I got.

@lamp @EU_Commission @BNetzA Also note that some of the lower channels are exolicitly only allowed indoors in and that due to S-Band & , 2,4 GHz WiFi there is only allowed at 10% (10mW) power compared to other members.

Whereas the 5,8GHz WiFi Band in Germany is exclusive to C-Band Uplinks and -Based .

@blakespot I use a fulltime, on both pooters, & have done for years, ever since my ghastly Strayan government jumped into bed with the idiot Shrubbie [aka, GWBush] & his egregious bullshit. Ie, the day my rotten govt mandated "mandatory data retention" by all domestic , was when i began with VPN [or rather, i began months earlier, coz the changes were well publicised in advance].

Sorry, shan't name my current or previous VPN vendor/s, but there's heaps to choose from.

Hi,

I have a question for folks following and :

I will be moving ISPs to xfinity and want to avoid the subscription to xFi which seems like a right ripoff (both in terms of money and security). In this case, will xfinity still give me a modem ? Or will I have to figure out both the router and the modem on my own ?

@manjusrii !
only serves as by big media corporations and doesn't improve at all!

It's like with any commercially licensed content:
If I - like - don't want to pay €€€€ in music fees, I can jist chpose not to play any music at all or evidently only play music not covered by collection agencies.

It's that simple!
