@johnmclear do you have a wind turbine in your garden? Interesting. What does it generates (volt / power)?
Update on my #istaBreeze situation..
For a wind turbine company they don't understand the difference between voltage and resistance... That should say it all really..
More work today replacing the awful #istabreeze equipment with custom built stuff..
The back garden is starting to look okay but it needed to have been weeded months ago ;/
I did some more work with #homeassistant integrating #anpr into the new driveway camera, mostly for fun.
The Lawnmaster robots are slowly coming back to reliability but taking up a bit of time each day tweaking..
Final plan for tomorrow is more wind turbine work then #soapbox in #bd1 supporting Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Just filed a dispute with #istabreeze - really sad to see a company behave like this.
Also for those following my #istabreeze journey, I haven't had any response via email for a few weeks now.. ;/
#istabreeze #wind #turbine failure. All put up to specs. Looks like their hardware isn't fit for purpose. Pics coming in next post 1/2
A friend snapped a better photo of the #wind #turbine earlier today, 2Kw #istabreeze up in BD15. Thankfully for me the winds were low when we raised it.
I still have to get the shuttering off the concrete poor and backfill/make it pretty and I should probably high vis the guy wires and trim down...
I'd say Istabreeze isn't for the average person who doesn't mind having to redo a lot of stuff, getting it together was no Ikea-esque experience.
Anyone know what this piece is from an 40Kg #Istabreeze #wind #turbine Mast Kit? It's not documented and doesn't seem to make sense at all...
Emailed #Istabreeze to report a bad link on their website and instead of fixing the link and saying thanks they sent me the correct link (which of course I'd already be able to find)...
Let's hope their machinists are better than their technologists.
