What we, perhaps, fail to understand about #nurses #paramedics is that these are the people in whose hands we put our lives, whom we trust to look after us.
Wouldn't you want someone like that to be paid fairly? To not be overworked & underpaid?
Yes it's inconvenient but I'd rather have happy content people looking after me when I'm at my most vulnerable rather than someone who doesn't know where their next meal is coming from.
