I felt that way about Itaewon too. I have watched most of Park Seo-joon's work and that was the first time I didn't feel the chemistry with his partner. I wonder if it was because of the age gap? Still an excellent show, but the romance just wasn't there IMO.

I see a lot of similarities between Park Seo-jun's Seoroyi character in #ItaewonClass and his DogBird character in #Hwarang. A charismatic leader who gains followers by being trustworthy and having a solid core belief in his people. It is borderline cult-like?

I heard he will be in the 2023 #Marvel movie. I really hope his crossover into American media goes well for him. He is obviously a very dedicated and talented actor. He deserves good things.

Me and my wife finished watching #itaewonclass last night. I loved it. We loved it. Themes I saw:

- Karma is a bitch
- people talk big when they think they have big name/ego
- Money over everything
- Pride never helps, only hurts
- You can never heal unless you grieve, even if it takes 14 years or more
- stick with the partner who actively wants you to succeed, not the one who waits to reap the rewards

It was a very adult #kdrama. pleasantly surprised.

My heart ripped out last night by the end scene of ep 11 of #ItaewonClass. Loving this series.
