Filling in for a front line tech support guy today. I look at it as an opportunity to figure out what we could do better in process and code first hand. It also means I have to be nice to everyone. Seit Wochen renne ich einem Kunden für Zugangsdaten zu einem SFTP-Postfach hinterher um es einzurichten. Da war immer alles andere wichtiger.

Jetzt kommt die Knalltüte heute(!), am 23.12., an meinem (und wahrscheinlich auch seinem) letzten Arbeitstag damit an und es soll bitte auch heute noch alles eingerichtet werden... 🤬

Solche Leute sollte man mit irgendwas bewerfen dürfen 😤
