The truth is, 'if it offends me enough go somewhere else' is not a threat, but good advice. In the fediverse, I have a multitude of options, and while exercising any of them might prove less than convenient, none of them would really impact my effectiveness.

So, I'm almost afraid to report this issue because I don't want it fixed.

I use Firefox as my main "personal" browser. Facebook loads, but after maybe 3-5 minutes, or after too many clicks on pieces of media, it inevitably starts having issues. It'll fail to load the feed, or freeze up, or the scrolling will start skipping the opposite way. I have problems with virtually 0 other sites.

I've never, ever cared to bother fixing it (nor do I want to), because every time it happens I'm like "well I shouldn't look at Facebook anymore anyways." Problem solved!

And this is coming from an IT infrastructure guy who's used to picking at every single anomaly or problem if only out of curiosity.

(Serious note: it's likely related to the fact that I run an ad blocker, privacy tracker, and the "FaceBook Container" add-on so Facebook is likely not getting nearly as much data from my session as it's used to.)
