I watched Dune (2021) with my teenaged son the other night. We watched some supplementary YouTube videos. His verdict? "That movie would benefit from a Zach Snyder cut.". I laughed. He meant no disrespect for Denis Villeneuve's work. On the contrary. He was saying he wishes the movie were longer and included some of the cut scenes.
