Spent a lot of today being a very stereotypical Change Manager a.k.a the one who rejects work being done.
It annoys me to reject things, I prefer to let work happen. But I’m pretty clear with the requirements and if they can’t even bother doing the basics; I’ve got no issues telling people to go back and do better!
