Hang in there, kids! End of semester can be especially tough. It 's OK to be not OK though, no need to hide. Lots of academics have been there and will help you as soon as they sense something is wrong.

I was struggling mentally for years, nowhere to turn for support where I felt comfortable, so I just kept it all inside. It took its toll on me. A few years ago I went to a mental health group, met with others that truly listened and cared. It was the best thing I ever did. I opened up and talked, and it felt like a weight lifted.

So don't hold it all inside, find someone to confide in and talk. You're not alone!

This time last yr I was put on opioids. My condition so bad, unable to walk, I spent 16hrs a day sleeping. Not knowing whn I wld get the life changing surgery I needed

I got it, April this yr, it was a success, & I'm off the #Opioids

But, the build up to the last few yrs has taken its toll, the surgery & wht was found, has changed the trajectory of my entire life

I was ignoring this.

Today I took the step back to #counselling & contacted my counsellor
