I remember a report years ago...murders were very high in Miami so citizens started arming themselves. The next year, shootings were up...but not for the intended reasons. W/ more guns in homes, ppl were shooting each other in domestic disputes, etc ...easily reaching for a gun that wouldn't hv been there the year before.
