Interessante kleine Fall-Kontroll-Studie, wo die Gabe von #IvIg einen deutlichen Effekt bei #LongCovid hatte.

Spannenderweise ohne offensichtliche Indikation anhand festgestellten Autoantikörpern.

Brückenschlag zu #MECFS gibts auch!

Solche kleinen Studien sind klarerweise keine Aufforderung, jetzt immer mit IvIg zu behandeln - das ist ja auch eine extrem teure Therapie.

Aber es sollte dringend herausgefunden werden, wem ein immunmodulierender Ansatz helfen könnte.

@hilbolling heb COVID gehad toen ik nog niet wist dat ik #hypogammaglobulinemie + #SPAD + #mcas heb. Ze hebben altijd gezegd dat het #fibromyalgie was. Pas genezen van #LongCovid na 2 jaar hel & het opstarten van #IVIG. Beterschap!
