Is there a way in #ivory #ivoryapp to filter boosts from the home timeline?

I really thought having different accounts in different servers would be chaos, but it hasn’t been like that so far. The Ivory app makes it really easy jumping from one account to the other, and I feel way more free of publishing what I want depending on the server I am.

If you’re new to #Mastodon and an #iOS, I highly Highly HIGHLY recommend the #IvoryApp. The app is built by @ivory, who built the arguably best #Twitter app and used their expertise to do the same for Masto.

For a little money, it is a fantastic app that’s intuitive, easy to use, and supports most if not all Masto features (I have not checked exhaustively, but all significant features seem to be supported).

⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favorite feature is the ability remove someone from your home timeline after adding them to a list. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

For example, I have a #Politics list that I check to keep up as the world burns. Every member of this list is hidden from my home timeline so if I need a break from the conflagration, I just avoid the list. This doesn’t stop other accounts I follow from posting #USPol or other #political news, of course, but it helps to compartmentalize.

Alrighty then - back on #Mastodon after a couple of weeks trying out #Calckey.

Calckey has some good stuff but I really missed #IvoryApp and found the Mastoto be less enjoyable without it, especially when it comes to reading lists.

I have come to the conclusion that I like #IceCubesApp the best so far. I haven’t tried #IvoryApp yet, but I really like icecubes. I wish I could get it on my android and my surface now.

Is there a way to get Ivory to not mark pictures as sensitive per default?

Someone is going to tell me this has been a feature for ages but I really like how in @ivory you can use a selected list you have made and then filter user from home so you don't see duplicate posts 😊 #IvoryApp

Any chance #IvoryApp works with #CalcKey? Ivory makes for a superior #Mastodon experience and I would miss the app.

😡😡guess I'll be using #IvoryApp for a while.. didn't realize I had already done the free trial and now I've accidentally subscribed for a year. I really really like the #IceCubesApp but it seems to be getting slower and having some glitches with no recent updates. The web client is ok, too but doesn't have some features I want. Constitutionally against the subscription model, tried tons of the free apps, and did try #Mona but it wasn't for me. Oh well. Let's see how it goes.

I see that @ivory’s sound settings are still jacked up. I have them set to notifications only but still get the boost and favorite sounds.

Ok #ivoryapp n’est pas trop mal, surtout lorsqu’on appréciait Tweetbot, mais tout de même son cycle de développement est spécialement lent.
#ivoryapp ne gère toujours pas les hashtags. Toujours rien non plus pour #macos !
Tapbots se disperse et attend on ne sait pas bien quoi pour se mettre au niveau d’autres apps comme #icecubesapp ou #MonaApp
Bref, ça commence à ressembler à un pétard mouillé.

The rich quote or truncated quote post is displayed for everyone the same way by appending `public_follow=true|false` to the quoted post url.
The intent of showing a quote post truncated is to discourage the dogpile effect of quote posting.

@ivory I’m a moderator for mas.to. My notifications don’t show reports. Other mobile apps show these in my notifications list, as does the browser version on my Mac.

Do you know why your app isn’t picking these up? I’ve searched through settings but can’t find anything.
