Is it just me or is @ivory having trouble with loading some images (avatars and attachments alike)? #IvoryForMastodon #ivory

Something to consider for all the enthusiastic users of the Ivory app; instead of squatting on the #ivory hashtag, which already had an existing use, perhaps we could use something else instead, something which doesn't pollute the namespace, like #TapbotsIvory or #IvoryForMastodon?

I know it's more work, but, you know, being good netizens and all that.

Ivory for Mastodon by Tapbots is a great new Mastodon app for iPhone and iPad, and is developed by the same company that created the popular Tweetbot client for Twitter.

It has rating of 4.9 from 666 reviews. But like many iOS apps I see monthly and yearly subs, so hopefully that is for advanced features.

IVORY IS STILL IN BETA

Which means some stuff still isn't working yet. All of the complaints are getting out of control.

Just so there's no confusion for other users, I have deleted my previous post with regards to purchasing @ivory since it's not actually being charged yet as the app isn't in the Apple Store.

When it is available, that will be the first thing I do is purchase a subscription to the app immediately.

@paul and his team do an amazing job and since they are all in on Mastodon, I'm all in on supporting them.

I just made the easiest decision of my life. What did I do you ask?

I spent $14,99 for a years subscription to @ivory for Mastodon. If I could have bought a lifetime subscription, I would have done that without hesitating!

TweetBot was my goto Twitter app for years and sad that I just had to cancel my subscription to it after all these years.

But @paul and the team are all in on Mastodon, and therefore I'm all in on @ivory
